A first generation orthodontist fit-up designed to LEED Silver specifications. The lighting system consists of daylight sensors to automatically adjust the light levels in the space depending on how much ambient light is available. Occupancy sensors were also used to help save energy when spaces are unoccupied. In addition, energy efficient fluorescent and LED lighting was used to minimize the lighting load for the building. The mechanical systems consist of high-efficiency split systems with individual zone controls.
