ATLANTA, GA

A new LEED Silver-designed six-story mixed-use building consisting of 65 condominium units, ground level retail, and below grade parking. Oakland was the first residential construction to be certified by USGBC and won the 2008 Central Atlanta Progress, Inc./Atlanta Downtown Improvement District’s “Design of Excellence” Award.
