Conway & Owen has been providing consulting services for Chick-fil-A since 2005, and has since collaborated on more than 30 new construction and renovation projects including:
CHICK-FIL-A BUILDING 200 – This is a tenant fit-up project in east Atlanta. It is a 125,000 SF warehouse that is converted into offices, conference rooms, a large auditorium, and training spaces.
CHICK-FIL-A LEARNING CENTER EXPANSION – Three-story tenant fit-up for the corporate childcare facility. The scope of the project included classrooms, kitchen, elevator, conference room, administrative offices, multiple storage rooms, and public and private restrooms.
CHICK-FIL A PARKING DECK – A new 525,000 SF, 7-level open parking structure. The elevation of the top level is less than 75 feet above the lowest level of fire department vehicle (fire truck) access.
CHICK-FIL-A CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS – A 200,000 SF multiple interior fit-up design project including IT Department, fitness center, Finance Department, simulation kitchens, and administration throughout several different buildings on the Chick-Fil-A headquarters complex.
