Conway & Owen provided BIM coordination services to ensure that plumbing, HVAC, electrical, structural, architectural, fire protection, and civil engineering disciplines had no conflicts. As part of the BIM coordination, we drew in all of the plumbing and managed other firms in order to provide a comprehensive 3D model of the Concourse D renovation. This project reduced the number of change orders received, lowered the project costs, and sped up the construction process.
