The project consists of a 375,000 square foot, 12-story Class A office building and a three-level of parking deck. The office building also includes 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space facing Hammond Drive. A bridge will connect the building to an existing MARTA parking deck and the station.

Construction is expected to be completed Spring of 2020.
