The Village Center and Health Services Center building is separated into two parts. The Village Center includes main kitchen/dining venues, auditorium, chapel, fitness center, indoor pool, physical therapy, library and learning center, pub/billiards, and administrative offices. The Health Services Center includes memory care, skilled nursing, assisted living, along with a fireside room, sunroom, hair salon, and private family rooms. Both facilities are services by an underground parking. Project also includes cottage house units located on campus.
