COLUMBIA, SC

A 126,055 SF renovation and expansion of an existing facility. The renovation scope of the project totals approximately 26,600 SF and includes renovations to the Programs Building, Admissions, Laundry and Warehouse, and Maintenance facility. The addition scope of the project totals approximately 99,900 SF and includes a new 78,919 SF housing building; a 15,678 SF administration building; and a 5,208 SF medical building.
