Mr. Dowd is an expert in the areas of audio-visual and low voltage systems design and has more than 30 years of experience in this field.  He has worked on projects in multiple project sectors and in a variety of roles including system design, field commissioning, and project management.  He is committed to developing technical solutions that meet the need of the client and is fully integrated into the facility construction process.

Mr. Dowd is a registered professional engineer in Georgia and Alabama, holds a low voltage contractor license in Georgia, and is a member of BICSI.

Mr. Dowd is from Alabama and received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.  Studies at Georgia Tech included a Multidisciplinary Certificate in Acoustical Engineering.  Chuck enjoys working out, repairing or building things around the house, and working with technical systems in house of worship productions.  Chuck is married to Carol and they have two daughters and a son.
