Creation of the BIM model and mechanical shop drawings for the mechanical contractor. Systems include a 4-pipe system with air-cooled chillers and boilers. The airside is VAV with fan powered and non-fan powered terminal units with hot water coils. The kitchen has a grease hood, and the data center has glycol cooled down-flow computer room units. Outdoor air is delivered through energy recovery units, which extract energy from the exhaust air and transfer it to the incoming outdoor air to either pre-heat or pre-cool it, depending on the season.
