Brookwood Condominiums

ATLANTA, GA

A new 20-story, high-rise mixed-use building in downtown Atlanta. The project is nearly 800,000 square feet and includes street-level retail, 219 condominium units, green deck amenities with a clubhouse and swimming pool, and five-level underground residential parking. Brookwood is Atlanta’s largest residential project achieved LEED certification.
