Chattahoochee Technical College Health Science Building

MARIETTA, GA

The Technical College System of Georgia project TCSG-314 is a three-story, 80,000 square foot health science building caters to the school’s medical technology programs preparing students for healthcare careers. The building includes state-of-the-art simulation labs, a faculty area, a covered employee roof terrace on the third floor of the building, student medical technology classrooms, and other diverse coursework. The design also consists of converting the electrical and IT rooms on the first-, second-, and third floors. The HVAC systems serving each room were also altered. The electrical equipment was revised to meet the new room design layout.
