The project consists of a renovation to an 11,000 square foot building on the CTC campus.  The building supports Veteran Services by providing classrooms, support staff, interview rooms, and a lounge space.  The project utilized the Georgia Peach Green Building Rating System as a basis for commissioning scope.  Our commissioning team was involved from the early programming phases of the project and help the owner create the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR).  This project is on-going, and our team will provide peer review, start-up review for HVAC systems, commission lighting control and domestic hot water systems, monitor Testing and Balancing, and witness functional performance testing to ensure the controls systems are operating correctly.
