Eastman Youth Development Campus, Medical Facility Renovation and Expansion

EASTMAN, GA

This project consists of the renovation of a 11,000 SF medical facility on an existing correctional campus and a 2,500 SF expansion to increase the capacity. The renovated spaces include non-invasive exam rooms, administrative offices, dental exam rooms, general office space, and support spaces. The project scope also includes a new constant volume rooftop unit, as well as security grilles and penal type plumbing fixtures in the detention and isolation cell areas.
