Fenton Mixed-Use Development

The 2.5 million SF mixed-use campus will feature retail, office, restaurant, hotel and multifamily residential. The multiphase project consist of three (3) parking decks, 99,000 SF Wegmans store, 263,000 SF of specialty and experiential retail including a movie theater and food hall, a 146,400 SF loft office, 350 apartment units, and a 175-key hotel. This project is being designed to achieve LEED certification.
