Commissioning
The Conway & Owen commissioning group has a strong focus on system optimization and extending the life of new and existing facilities. This helps clients achieve more energy-efficient operation towards the end of creating high functioning buildings that have lower lifetime ownership costs. New and existing building experience have contributed to the development of natural strengths in support of this core mission. Conway and Owen operates as a member of the ACG Commissioning group with certified staff carrying extensive experience in all areas of commissioning services. Our commissioning team is comprised of a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider (QCxP), Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) & a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP).
Conway & Owen provides commissioning services in three areas. New construction commissioning, re-commissioning of previously commissioned buildings and retro-commissioning, which is commissioning a building that was not originally commissioned.
