Campanile Building

The project consists of a 140,000 SF expansion of the 5-five lower floors and the addition of 6-stories to the top of an existing high-rise building. The buiding MEP systems will be replaced with new systems to provide an energy efficient building and to serve the new building size (26-story, 680,000 SF)
