AUBURN, AL

The 350,000 square foot school was constructed in 2017 and contains several different system types including VRF, DX rooftop units, and heat pumps.  Commissioning was brought into the project after construction to help resolve some issues with humidity control.  It was discovered that several rooftop units were missing the dehumidification sequence and several humidity sensors were wired incorrectly.  We worked with the owner, equipment manufacturer and controls contractor to help resolve the issues.
