The project consists of two major components of the system-wide facility improvements for the school system. The first major component is the Summer 2019 facility work in nine different schools for the accommodation of the master plan for the new school layouts. Scope of work includes the MEP and low voltage associated with the architectural changes made in the summer 2019 bid packages. The second major component of the scope is the energy performance contract work with HVAC systems renovations and lighting upgrades in 16 schools. Schools include:
