Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School

Conway & Owen has worked on the Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School campus on various projects, both renovation and new construction. Campus work includes:

• Access Control System Upgrade – the project consists of replacing an existing card access system which has approximately 100 doors connected. A new system will be installed through a bid process. In addition, approximately 9-10 “new” doors will be added to the card access system through the addition of electric locking hardware to those existing doors.
• New Upper School Humanities Building – a new addition to the North Campus. The 3-story 60,000 SF building features a 22-classrooms, a library and school store, in addition to offices, conference room, and support spaces. Scope also includes renovation of Groesbeck Hall for use as art rooms and modifications to Riley Hall for use as swing space during construction.
