A new 22,000 square foot, three-story medical office building in Palmetto, Georgia. The new facility will offer a wide range of medical services to the public, including those uninsured. The project will utilize a ground source heat pump system including a geothermal loop buried on the property and water-source heat pump units inside. Photovoltaic panels will be mounted on the roof so that a portion of the building’s power usage will be offset. The project has achieved LEED Gold certification.
